Emma found Pilates while expecting her first child in 2003, coming from a fitness background she wanted to continue to teach, be active and raise a family.
With nearly 20 years experiences, a wealth of knowledge and an authentic approach to teaching, one that embodies the whole physical body, intelligent mind, and emotional aspects of wellbeing and health, to deliver movement patterns through conscious thought.
Emma is passionate and loves her work, this shows in every single session that she teaches. She is an exuberant yet calm practitioner, clients instantly relax and relish the session.
Emma’s aim is to give clients knowledge, to empower themselves, so they understand their bodies in order for them to train effectively, efficiently and safely whether they are at their usually session, at home practising or in everyday life.
Emma is a strong advocate of life-long learning and will continue to learn and grow through continual self-development.
