I have struggled with a bad back for some time, since attending Emma’s professional and fun classes my core strength has improved considerably. Emma has a wealth of knowledge and always goes out of her way to adapt her classes to meet everybody’s needs.
Whether you are 8 or 80 Pilates is a fantastic way of exercising and keeping your body supple. I joined Emma’s classes three years ago and I am so glad I did. The classes are fun, friendly and Emma takes particular care to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and getting the maximum benefit from the class.
I was made to feel at ease straight away, the class was tailored to my needs without making me feel different.
I have been going to Emma’s Pilates classes for about 8 years and have found them very beneficial. We can go at our own pace and Emma doesn’t make us feel uncomfortable if it all gets a bit difficult.
We are taking the classes via zoom at present but she still manages to make the class feel personal & relaxed.
I am so grateful to be able to take part in Emma’s Pilates classes. For three years since I was eighty my mobility and general fitness have improved. Because Emma always works upwards from a level that is within my ability, it gives me the confidence to try harder options without fear of failure.
Having worked and lived all around the globe for the past 18 years, I have joined many classes and experienced many teaching methods, however, without a shadow of a doubt this is the best Pilates class I have ever participated in. Emma is a fantastic tutor who caters for all levels and is absolutely amazing.
